Monthly HOA Dues of $235.00 ($202.00 Association Dues + $33.00 Sewer) are due on the 1st of each month and is considered late after 10th.

A $25.00 late fee will be assessed for dues received after the 10th of each month.
In order to receive your mailbox key, you must visit the Ogden Post Office in person. The Ogden Post Office is located at 3680 Pacific Avenue, Ogden, Utah 84401. They can be contacted at 801-627-4527.
Requests for Clubhouse/Pool Key Fob MUST be requested by submitting a request thru your resident portal.
Garbage cans are typically picked up every Friday unless there is a holiday. In this case it typically is the next day. Please refer to Garbage Can Rules & Regulations under the Rules & Regulations tab.
As a new homeowner it will be your responsibility to maintain personal property insurance for your belongings as well as any thing inside of your home. We recommend reaching out to your insurance agent for more information concerning the various coverages offered along with deductibles. A master policy can be found on the community's homepage under the "At A Quick Glance" section.

The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Hours of operation are daily from 8 AM - 10 PM. The pool can be accessed with your Clubhouse/Pool Key Fob. The pool is open to all residents current on their monthly association dues, and in good standing. Please be courteous to others and report any incidents to the HOA.
The clubhouse is open daily from 10 AM - 10 PM. You may utilize the gym equipment daily starting at 5 AM. The pool can be accessed with your Clubhouse/Pool Key Fob. Workout equipment is open to all residents current on their monthly association dues, and i good standing. Please be courteous to others, clean up after yourself and report any damage to the HOA.

To avoid having your car towed, please ensure you are familiar with the community parking rules and regulations which can be found under the Rules & Regulation tab. Absolutely no street parking at any time!
